I love smoothies with a little bit of crunch on warm Texas mornings and I always like to eat my smoothies with a spoon. This recipe is super easy, healthy, delicious, and versatile. It is always a good pre-workout smoothie and keeps me full for 3 hours. High-Fives!
Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Growing Naturals Vanilla Blast Pea Protein (or another favorite protein powder)
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Handful of ice
  • 1/2 c granola or topping of choice
  • Instructions:
    1. Add all ingredients into the blender
    2. Top with granola
