When will I receive my order with standard shipping and fast delivery?
Orders shipped with standard delivery typically arrive within 2-6 business days after leaving our warehouse. Fast delivery is available for an additional $2.99 and usually arrives within 1–4 business days after shipment.
In-stock items are generally ready for shipment within 48 business hours.

How many promotional offers can I use at one time, where do I find the offer code in an email and how can I tell if it's been applied to my order?
Only one promotional offer may be applied per order. Prices and discounts will reflect the most recent promotion you clicked or entered. Some items may be excluded from promotions, as noted on the product page.

How do I add or remove an item from my order?
We’d love to hear from ya! Just contact us via chat or phone as soon as possible, and we’ll be able to update your order if it hasn’t already been processed. Your shipping confirmation email will reflect any changes made.
What does the date on my Swanson bottle mean?
Swanson brand products display either a Best By date or a Manufactured (MFG) date.
A Best By date indicates the period during which the product is expected to meet the claims on its label when stored as directed. These dates are determined through rigorous stability testing to ensure accuracy.
A Manufactured (MFG) date identifies when the product was bottled. In general, most dietary supplements remain at full potency for approximately 2–3 years from the manufactured date. Liquid supplements and probiotics are typically stable for about one year from the manufactured date.
These guidelines do not apply to food items or topical and cosmetic products, such as creams, lotions, or shampoos.
