How do I manage my subscription orders?

Sign in to your account by clicking on the account icon on Swanson.com. Your account settings page will appear. In the left navigation, click on 'Subscription'. The subscription management hub will appear, providing access to view or edit your existing subscriptions.

How do I cancel my subscription order?

Cancelling is simple. From the subscription management hub, you can choose to cancel single products or an entire order. All cancellations must be made by 11:59pm Central Time (CT) the day before your next order is scheduled to be processed.

Click the Cancel link next to the item you want to cancel. If you want to cancel all subscription items, click the Cancel link next to every item in this list. A popup box will ask you to confirm removal or skip this delivery for each product that you cancel. A notification will appear at the top of the page confirming your change.

How do I change how often an item is delivered?

The subscription management hub allows you to simply adjust the frequency of your deliveries by item. All delivery updates must be made by 11:59pm CT the day before your next order is scheduled to be processed.

Next to the product you wish to edit, click the dropdown named Frequency and select how often you want the item delivered. A notification will appear near the top of the page confirming your change. Your newly selected frequency will take effect when your upcoming shipment order has been processed.

How do I view future orders?

Under the 'Upcoming Orders' section of the subscription management hub, you will find a list of orders, subscribed products and their scheduled delivery dates.

How do I change my subscription order shipping address?

Under the Upcoming Orders section of the subscription management hub, you will find a list of subscribed products and their scheduled delivery addresses.

Locate the Address dropdown option below each subscription item. From this dropdown you can edit an address, add a new address or select a different address already associated with your account.

Note: To prevent confusion and ensure optimum program performance, orders should only be placed for the account-holder. Account-sharing (sending to multiple users) is not recommended.
