Jarrow B-Right Optimized B-Complex is low odor because the choline bitartrate is microencapsulated in cellulose beadlets. It is also formulated with methylcobalamin, which is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacinamide protect brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of Vitamin B5 and is a precursor to coenzyme A (CoA) which is involved in oxidative metabolism. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. No gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

USAGE: Take 1 capsule per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
WARNING: This product contains vitamin B3 (niacin), which may cause a "niacin flush," especially when taken on an empty stomach. Symptoms are transient - typically lasting for approximately one-half hour - and may include burning, tingling, and itching sensations along with reddening of the skin. In some cases, dizziness and/or shortness of breath may occur. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use.

Methylated B vitamins
Very well-absorbed, methylated forms of B vitamins. EG, Its B12 is methylcobalamin instead of the cyanide-based form of cyanocobalamin found in most vitamin formulas. It contains Folate, instead of Folic acid.Recommend it
