Jarrow Formulas Vegan B-Right® Optimized B-Complex is low odor because the choline bitartrate is microencapsulated in cellulose beadlets. It is also formulated with methylcobalamin which is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacinamide protect brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of Vitamin B5 and is a precursor to coenzyme A (CoA) which is involved in oxidative metabolism. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids. Utilizes 4th Generation Folic Acid Technology. No gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Other Ingredients: Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and stearic acid (vegetable source).
Suggested Use: Adults take 1 capsule once a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Warning: This product contains Biotin which may interfere with lab/blood tests, and Nicotinic Acid which may cause a niacin flush, especially on an empty stomach. Symptoms for Nicotinic Acid are transient and may include burning, tingling, itching sensations, reddening of the skin, dizziness, and/or shortness of breath. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use. Consult a healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, under the age of 18, are taking medication (especially antiepileptic and chemotherapy) or have a medical condition; if adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.
