Swanson set the standard for advanced B-vitamin supplementation with our original Activated B-Complex. Now by popular request, we've developed a lower-potency version of our best-selling formula that is focused on optimized bioavailability. Both formulas feature the same advanced forms of B-vitamins, including benfotiamine (thiamin/vitamin B1), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P/vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), patented Pantesin® (pantethine) and 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folate). These superior forms offer higher bioavailability for reliable supplementation.
