I’ve only tried dried monk fruit — several brands over many years — and found some to be very good; however, it can only be used in certain recipes, and, usallly it needs another sweetener with it to work…at least in my experience. My experience with NuNaturals stevia products has been great: I love their stevias and so only recently found they offer monkfruit. Based on their reputation with stevia, I had to try it. And so happy I did! Tastes great and I’m thinking it may be better than their stevia! It’s a bit less strong (in potency) than their stevia; and, monkfruit is milder in flavor as well.Love the shelf stable quality, and it lasts a long time without loss of efficacy or flavor.This also does not compromise the flavor of the recipe/item you are adding it: It only adds sweetness! No bitter back-flavor or chemical taste. Old-days monk fruit used to have a strong earthy flavor that tasted like fruit that had dirt in it. Not this one. No fruity taste, just sweet. The dropper is great for traveling and its no-mess, easy-to-use, use makes is a convenience product as well. So I highly recommend trying this brand, especially if you are not a stevia fan,you may like this since it’s totally different.

A Sweeter Sweet

There is no aftertaste and false sweetness. I can use fewer drops in my cofee which let's the coffee flavor come through.
