How do I manage my subscription orders?
- Sign in to your account by clicking on the account icon on our homepage. From the flyout menu, select Subscription.
- The Subscription Manager will appear, providing access to view upcoming orders and/or edit your existing subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription order?
Cancelling is simple. All cancellations must be made by 11:59pm Central Time (CT) the day before your next order is scheduled to be processed.
From the Subscription Manager, select the "More Options" link next to the item you want to cancel. If you want to cancel all subscription items, repeat this process on all items listed for that order. A popup box will ask you if you would rather skip or pause the item. Select the button to confirm choice. If you want to completely cancel, click "Cancel subscription" and the item will be removed.
How do I change how often an item is delivered?
The Subscription Manager allows you to simply adjust the frequency of your deliveries by item. All delivery updates must be made by 11:59pm CT the day before you next order is scheduled to be processed.
Next to the product you wish to edit, click the dropdown named Frequency and select how often you want the item delivered. A notification will appear near the top of the page confirming your change. Your newly selected frequency will take effect when your upcoming shipment order has been processed.
How do I view future orders?
Under the 'Upcoming Orders' section of the Subscription Manager, you will find a list of orders, subscribed products and their scheduled delivery dates.
How do I change the shipping address on my subscription order?
In the Subscription Manager, view your next Upcoming Order. You will see your list of subscribed products and the shipping address. Click the dropdown to view the addresses on file. To edit an existing address click the dots in the address selection, select a different address already associated with your account, or add a new address.
Note: To prevent confusion and ensure accuracy orders should only be placed for the account-holder. Account-sharing (sending to multiple users) is not recommended.
How do I sign up for a subscription?
Getting started couldn’t be easier!
Once you’ve found your favorite product:
- Select the "Subscribe to Save" option, located below the product’s size information/options.
- Choose your delivery schedule from the dropdown or take the delivery recommendation based on pill count and serving size.

Click the Add to Cart button and check out as usual.
After checking out, you’ll receive two emails—one email confirming your order, and another email confirming the start of your subscription.
How do I add an item to my next order?
While logged in to your Swanson account, visit the product page for the item you want to add to your next order.
- Select the option labeled Ship with next Subscription, which is located below the product pricing information.
- Click the button labeled 'Add to Next Subscription Delivery'. You will receive a message confirming your item was added.
How do I change a scheduled order date?
Under the Upcoming Orders section of the Subscription Manager, you will find a list of scheduled orders and their scheduled shipment dates.
- Locate the order you would like to reschedule and click the calendar icon next to the date. A calendar will appear so you can select a new order date.
- Click on your preferred date to select it.
- Click the 'Apply' button at the bottom of the calendar to confirm. You will receive notification at top of the page confirming your change.
If you need a product sooner than your scheduled delivery date, you can expedite an order by clicking the 'Send Now' button at the top of the order. The full order will be placed right away.
How do I skip a delivery?
Under the Upcoming Orders section of the Subscription Manager, you will find a list of scheduled orders and their scheduled shipment dates. If you need to skip an entire delivery, you can click the 'Skip Order' button at the top of the order. A pop-up will display with the next scheduled order date. Select the 'Skip Order' button. You will receive a message confirming your order delivery date was changed.
How do I skip a single item in my next order?
Under the Upcoming Orders section of the Subscription Manager, you will find a list of subscribed products. Click the 'More Options' button next to the item you wish to push out. The Next Order Date will display. Click the 'Skip product' button to submit. You will receive a message confirming your item delivery date was changed.
How do I pause delivery of an item?
Under the Upcoming Orders section of the Subscription Manager, you will find a list of products in your next order.
- Find the item you want to pause and click 'Pause', which is located beside the item listed. A calendar will appear so you can select a future date/frequency to resume shipment.
- Click on your preferred date to select.
- Click 'Pause Subscription' on the calendar popup. A notification will appear near the top of the page confirming your change.
Will I be notified of backordered items that are scheduled for delivery?
Yes, your confirmation email will notify you of any backordered items. If an item remains unavailable for 30 days it will be cancelled, and you won’t be charged. You'll receive an email when your backordered item ships or when it's been cancelled.
Why can't I add some items to my subscription?
Certain items aren’t eligible for subscription, including discontinued, unavailable or backordered items.
When and how do items ship for delivery?
Your subscription order will be placed for shipment on the next order date based on the shipment frequency you selected. When an order is placed for shipment, it will typically ship within 24-48 business hours. All subscription orders ship by standard shipping.
Can I cancel an item that is ready to ship?
Yes. You can edit or cancel an order up to 24 hours before the next order date.
When will I be charged for orders?
Your selected payment method will be charged the day your order ships.
Can I take advantage of limited-time promotions with subscriptions?
Limited-time promotions cannot be used in conjunction with subscription orders.
What price will I receive when my items are on sale at the time my order ships?
You’ll receive our best Every Day Low Price from the last 7 days on your subscription shipments, plus save an additional recurring discount on Swanson products in your subscription orders along with free standard shipping on orders over $35.
Are sale items or Buy One Get One Free (BOGOs) available on subscription orders?
Some products labeled "on sale" are eligible for Easy Refill. If the sale discount is bigger than the subscription enrollment offer, you will receive the best price.
BOGOs are available at the 2 for 1 pricing at time of enrollment. On recurring orders, you will receive one bottle at 50% off buy-one-get-one-free price.
All recurring subscription orders qualify for free standard shipping over $35.
Which payment method will be charged for my order?
Unless updated, the payment method you used when placing your first subscription order will be charged.
How do I view or change the payment method for my orders?
Under the Upcoming Shipment section of the subscription management hub, find your next upcoming shipment. Beneath your upcoming shipment, you will find your "Billing" information.
To edit your payment method:
- Select the drop down from the "Billing" section. Click the edit button on the payment you would like to change.
- A pop-up will display that requires instructions be sent to your email. Follow instructions you receive to make the payment update.
What payment methods are accepted?
Shop Pay, credit or debit cards are accepted for payment. Multiple credit or debit cards cannot be used on a single order. Alternative payment methods, such as PayPal, are not accepted at this time.
When will I get email reminders?
You’ll always receive an email reminder 5 days before your next subscription order is placed.
How do I change the email address for order reminder emails?
- Once signed in to your online account, click the Account icon at the top of the homepage.
- Select "My Account" from the flyout menu.
- Within the Account Settings, locate the section for Contact Info.
- Next to your subscribed email address, click the Edit button.

Revise your email address, then click the "Save Preferences" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I combine items to be in the same order?
Subscription order items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will automatically ship as one order. If you have more than one subscription item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm that the shipping address, billing address and payment method are the same for all items.
