We’re committed to bringing you the best possible value on every product we carry. If you find the same product purchased from us advertised elsewhere at a lower price, we’ll gladly match the lower price, provided it meets the following criteria:
- This offer applies only to products advertised through swansonvitamins.com and/or Swanson Health Products published offers.
- It’s only valid on price of merchandise; shipping and handling charges are not included. A competitor is a legitimate online or catalog retailer located within the United States with similar shipping and handling pricing structures to our company; we will not honor price matches from auction sites, marketplaces, loyalty programs or comparison shopping networks.
- Item(s) submitted for comparative pricing must be the same brand name, potency and size as the product(s) ordered from Swanson Health Products. Competitor must have item(s) in stock and available for purchase.
- Prices submitted for comparative purposes must be from a verifiable URL or from a current published ad or catalog. They must be advertised within 24 hours of the date your order is placed with Swanson Health Products.
- For web-based claims, email a link to the advertising page to [email protected]. Please write "Price Match" in the subject line of your message.
To receive a refund by US mail, send us a copy of the advertisement, making sure it includes the competitor's name and address, description of the product, price and date of offer. Also be sure to include your name, address, customer number and order number found on the Swanson packing slip enclosed with your delivery. Mail to:

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the original Swanson order. - Price Match is limited to one retailer per order per customer.
- We won’t match typographical errors, free product or shipping offers, competitor bonuses, closeouts, percentage off discounts or inventory liquidations. All decisions by Swanson Health Products concerning claims are final. We reserve the right to discontinue this offer at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine price matching with an online promotion?
Additional discounts are not applicable to items that have a competitor price match. You can, however, apply an online promotion to other items in the same order.
Can I price match with Amazon or eBay?
Since Amazon and eBay are marketplace sites, we can't honor price matching through them. Please refer to the criteria above for price matching.
