Contains over 70 naturally occurring humic and fulvic bio-mass vegetal minerals in an unaltered ionic solution; unformulated and in the ratios naturally presented within the original humate/lignite source

Directions: Adults: 1 fluid ounce, 1-3 times daily as needed. The bottle cap is one ounce measure. Take with food for best absorption. Can be added to non-chlorinated water, juice, or other Vital-Earth products. Mineral blend is a a rich dark color because of the humic content, but you'll find that it has almost no taste when diluted in water. (Dilution does not diminish the effectiveness).

Refrigeration is not essential, but is beneficial to protect the naturally occurring trace enzymes and vitamins. Shake well.

Mineral Blend is a rich dark color because of the humic content, but you'll find that it has almost no taste when diluted in water. If health challenge exists introduce at ¼ dosage to allow body to detoxify slowly. Build up slowly to full dosage.
