Good But There's Better
This is a good combination and Source Naturals is a great brand. This product may work great for you because it's very good but some of us may need a form of arginine and a form of citrulline that is more effective and they are both sold here on Swanson. Instead of simple arginine use Nitrosigine, a more efficient, longer lasting form. Intead of simple citrulline, use citrulline malate complex, 2 to 6 grams a day, which is a lot more beneficial. Remember that supplements only supplement the good health habits and the reasonable activity level you keep. Supplements don't do miracles or fix a very unhealthy lifestyle.Great purchase
