Tonalin CLA from Solgar features 1,300 mg of TonalinĀ® safflower seed oil per softgel. CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a slightly altered form of omega-3 fatty acid linoleic acid. Dietary CLA is predominately from dairy and beef fat, but is usually much lower than the amounts obtained from dietary supplements. Derived from non-GMO safflower seed oil. Gluten, wheat and dairy free.
