From SM Nutrition, Vitex is a supplement derived from Chasteberries, or Vitex berry, of the Agnus-Castus plant which has been used to support women's health for centuries. By helping support healthy progesterone and prolactin levels in the body, Vitex provides support for many common menstrual issues like irregularity, bloating, mood swings, and menstrual pain. Many women also use Vitex chasteberry capsules to support menstrual normalcy and comfort during the beginning stages of menopause.
