Full Spectrum Vitex Extract from Planetary Herbals combines a standardized extract of chaste tree berries, concentrated to 0.5% agnusides, with whole berries. Of all the Vitex I tried over the years, this one is the best.It gives me relieve of my menopause symptoms and only have to take one or two capsule per day depending on the season.I will recommend this wonderful product which is great in value and excellent in effectiveness.Regular Cycles
I take this to keep my cycle regular and 'normal'. It has been helpful and it's a lot easier to take than the liquid (yuck!). I like that it is full-spectrum; not just a part of the plant but an extract of the whole.
