Each tablet of Planetary Herbals Full Spectrum Horny Goat Weed delivers 500 mg of standardized horny goat weed extract, 10% of which is the flavonoid icariin, one of the active components in this herb. Horny goat weed has been used for centuries in China to support healthy sexual activity. 100 mg of whole leaf horny goat weed is also included to ensure full spectrum coverage.
