Mixed with V8 vegetable juice and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, this tastes great. I use only one scoop at a time in the juice, so it is not too thick. I do this twice a day. I actually crave this. Keeps me energized throughout the day, I no longer get tired around dinnertime.Horrible Taste
I have used Orac energy greens without the protein in the past. Was A-OK. However, this Orac-Energy Protein & Greens is THE WORSE tasting stuff I have ever ingested.!!!!!!!!! Haven't found anything to mix it with yet to make it palatable. Plus you have to mix it with a minimum of 14 ounces of fluid to make it 'liquid'.! Otherwise it's paste.!! Not to mention it is rather expensive.!
