Cosamin® ASU for Joint Health Supplement features the patented combination of glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate and avocado/soybean unsaponifiables (ASU). ASU works with the glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate in Cosamin® ASU to help promote joint comfort. It is Nutramax's® most complete and comprehensive joint support formula. Take 3 capsules daily until desired comfort level is reached. Many find that they can maintain comfort level with fewer capsules over time. Capsules may be taken all at once or divided with meals throughout the day.*
