Melatonin is naturally produced in the body and used to promote restful sleep. Any change in your child’s bedtime routine or the use of electronics before bed may disrupt normal melatonin production and make sleeping more difficult. Suggested Use: For children ages 4 and up, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.
