BoneUp® from Jarrow Formulas is a superior calcium formulation that provides calcium from microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA) from free range New Zealand calves. It is also formulated with MK-7, an advanced form of vitamin K-2. Regular, weight-bearing exercise and a healthy diet with adequate calcium, including BoneUp helps build bone mass and maintain bone health. No wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame.
