Suggested Use: (Adult) On workout days, approximately 60 minutes prior to a workout and away from food intake, consume three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels with a full glass (8oz) of water. Following the workout, take an additional three (3) Liquid Soft-Gels with a full glass (8oz) of water, and away from food intake. On non-workout days, take six (6) Liquid Soft-Gels with a full glass of water and at least 60-90 minutes before or after consuming a meal, preferably in the evening.
