Herb Pharm prepares its Turmeric System Restoration from the rhizome of Curcuma longa plants which are Certified Organically Grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. To assure optimal extraction of Turmeric's bioactive compounds, the rhizomes are hand-harvested when fully mature, are carefully processed and dried to retain their full color and aroma, and are then shipped directly to Herb Pharm's laboratory for thorough extraction. Herb Pharm Turmeric is never fumigated or irradiated.
