Enzymes are important for breaking down food once ingested.& unfortunately as you age more & more enzymes get depleted from your body which makes it harder to get nutrients.good buy

This is by far the best Digestive Enzyme we have ever used, you really only need one to work, when we go out to eat which is very very rare I take two just to make sure, no more upset stomach, GREAT!
