Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath is a therapeutic, aromatic and alkaline formula used in England for 40 years with excellent results, helping people to eliminate acid waste and balance their pH levels! Traditionally, mustard is renowned for its stimulating, cleansing and rejuvenating qualities. The hot alkaline water together with the mustard assists the largest organ of elimination, the skin, to release impurities. Ingredients: Sodium Carbonate, Certified Organic Mustard Seed Powder, Pure Grade Essential Oils of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Thyme and Gum Benzoin.
Directions: Foot Bath - Dissolve 1 large Tbl. spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak.Full Bath - Add 2 oz. to a hot bath (keep it hot). Relax in it for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results.
Warning: External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of children's reach. Do not use if hot baths are inadvisable. In the unlikely event that discomfort occurs, consult your health practitioner.
