Dr. Mercola Complete Probiotics features 10 bacteria strains. Each two-capsule serving delivers 70 billion CFU. The proprietary probiotic blend features Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1 along with bifidobacterium lactis, L. plantarum, L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. brevis, B. longum, Streptococcus thermophilus, L. salivarius and B. bifidum.
