Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the skeletal muscles. It has a molecular structure that allows it to pass easily through the blood/brain barrier to nourish brain tissues and support healthy brain function. L-Glutamine Caps from Country Life combine 500 mg of the free-form amino acid L-glutamine with 8 mg of vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCL).
