Calcium & Magnesium Gels from Carlson is a calcium and magnesium supplement featuring 400 mg of calcium from calcium carbonate, 200 mg of magnesium from magnesium oxide, as well as 25 mcg of vitamin D3 to enhance the absorption and utilization of the calcium. You get the preferred 2:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium in this gluten-free mineral supplement. Both calcium and magnesium are associated with a well-functioning nervous system and play a role in blood and tissue processes. Calcium is also necessary for the maintenance of strong, healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium helps promote the metabolism of other important nutrients.
