Very good dosage of lysine in one little scoop. Dissolves well. Does what it is supposed to do. Really is an excellent buy,take on empty stomach
I deducted a point/leaf from this product because per my research the manufacturer's instructions are incorrect--check out what Dr. Weil says for example. You get more punch if taken on an empty stomach (mix with benign liquid-- I'll mix with kombucha in a.m. & wait 30 -60 mins before eating, longer wait is better). I appreciate that it's gluten free.
