Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Red Bulgur Wheat is absolutely delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare. Made from the finest quality whole grain red wheat that has been parboiled, dried and ground, it cooks quickly and may be used in a wide variety of dishes. It is excellent in pilafs, porridge and grain bowls. Bulgur is low in fat and has a mild, nutty flavor. It is also a natural source of dietary fiber and protein.

Suggested Use:
Combine 1 cup bulgur and 2 cups water in a pot. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat to a simmer and cook until tender, about 12 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid and fluff bulgur with a fork. Makes 4 servings. Additional Recipes on back of packaging.
