INGREDIENTS: SODIUM CARBONATE, ADIPIC ACID, SODIUM BICARBONATE, GLUCOSE, EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS (EUCALYPTUS) OIL, CALCIUM SILICATE, MALTODEXTRIN, ORGANIC JUNIPERUS COMMUNIS (JUNIPER) BERRY OIL, MAGNESIUM STEARATE.
TO USE:Adjust shower to desired temperature, unwrap tablet and place on shower floor. For maximum effectiveness, place tablet in direct stream of water and stand facing tablet.

Great product
Great for when you wake up a little (or a lot) congested. Makes the shower smell great!Ehh...
I love eucalyptus, but was a bit disappointed in this product. I really didn't smell much of anything. The tablet dissolved fairly quickly in the water so I tried moving it to make it last a little longer, but that still didn't help. I'll use up the rest of the pack but will not be reordering.
