There are many causes for muscle cramps, but the most predominant is dehydration. Magnesium and potassium are found to be key elements for helping ease cramps. Magnesium relaxes muscles while also playing a role in cardiovascular function, as well as supporting production and flow of energy. It also assists in conducting nerve impulses that reduce feelings of fatigue. Potassium hydrates muscles to avoid muscle cramps and is an important electrolyte that maintains water and acid-base balance in cells. Add up to 2 ml to 32 oz of water, stir and start having a good night's rest again.

Suggested Use: Add 2 mL (0.4 tsp. about 32 drops) to 32 oz of water (8 drops per 8 oz; ½ tbsp per gallon) and stir/shake well for best isotonic balance. Take 1 serving up to 4 times per day if necessary, especially before bedtime. If desired, take serving size in as little as 4 oz of water as a concentrated shot.
