This is a Good Multi!
Swanson Real Food Multi - Women’s Daily supports me very well for a daily Multi supplement. When I “skip” to take this Multi, I can indeed sense the impact with less energy & slower thoughts. I have experienced other brands previously from other suppliers, and the results either causing adverse reactions or no energy support noticeable. If I were to consume just one supplement for the day, it is this Multi.Cheers & good health to all.Real Food Multi for women
