Swanson Natural Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7 from Natto) is the most biologically active form of vitamin K2. Everyone knows about calcium and vitamin D for bone health, but what about vitamin K2? If there’s one vitamin you should know more about, this one’s it.

Since vitamin K2 is fat soluble, we deliver ours in sunflower oil-based softgels for optimum bioavailability.
