Swanson Arjuna features Terminalia arjuna, a deciduous tree found throughout India. Arjuna bark has been used for over three thousand years and is a part of the traditional ayurvedic practice to support cardiovascular health. The arjuna bark benefits are many, and while the arjuna herb has been used in various forms throughout the ages to treat a number of ailments and conditions, today it is most widely used as an overall cardio tonic herbal supplement. Some research studies have also shown that arjuna extract can provide antioxidant activities.

A Heart Health Staple
I read about Arjuna and was happy to find it for a good price at Swansons. I combine Arjuna with Hawthorne Berry, and Ubiquinol for a heart health foundation that I take daily. I am a very active 75 year old who still works full time, and lifts weights three days a week. I just took a stress test and maxed it. These supplements from Swansons are all part of a great vitamin and mineral supplementation program.Good product
