Suggested usage: Shake well. As a dietary supplement, For Adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals. For Children 4 years and older: take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) 1 to 2 times daily with meals.

thick consistencu and rough taste
Prohibitively thick -- you MUST thin it at least 1:1 to be able to swallow it. Cheaper than other vitamins, but you only get half as much. You can smell and taste the sweetener used. I haven't noticed any difference from using it. Probably absorbs better than a tablet.Easier on my stomach
I like it. Much easier on my system then the pills. I get an upset stomach from the capsules.Good Taste
