I have looked high and low and long and hard for the best Multi-Vitamin and I have finally found it. The highest quality ingredients along with the optimal dosage.A fairly good multi for men
I took these for awhile and they seemed to work well but ended up giving me gas. Had to switch to a food based multi, Rainbow Light, which so far are working out well. One supplement will work well for some people, but not so well for others.
