I have tried basically every prenatal and postnatal vitamin on the market. A lot of them made me feel sick + were difficult to swallow. I saw these in Whole Foods one day and thought, I'll give it a shot, and I am so glad I did! I am actually 2+ years postpartum and I cannot part with these vitamins because they help me so much!! I can tell when I don't take them!
