The price was comparable to stores, but where I live there are not large grocery stores and it is difficult to find. My Satisfaction rating of average is that the product is too expensive to buy all the time, no matter where it is purchased. The online order and speedy delivery makes for a five star rating. Polyunsaturated fats should be a small fraction of the diet (~4% of total calories). To achieve this, do not eat seed oils such as soybean oil, corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, or the like. Instead, eat oils that are actually good for you like coconut oil, palm oil, butter and tallow from grass-fed animals.
