Enjoy a cup of caffeine-free chai tea, a blend of rich aromas from South African rooibos and uplifting spices. Rooibos is Afrikaans for "Red Bush" and it grows exclusively in the Cedarberg Mountains and around Clanwilliam in South Africa. The spice blend includes cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and spearmint, delivering a tea that is full bodied in flavor, slightly spicy, yet at the same time cooling and sweet.

Ingredients: 100% Organic Rooibos Leaves, 100% Organic Cinnamon, 100% Organic Spearmint, 100% Organic Cloves and 100% Organic Cardamom.
Brewing Use one teaspoon of Red Bush Chai for eight ounces water. Bring to full boil for three minutes. Add whole milk / soy milk (in ratio of 1/4 milk to 3/4 water), and let boil another two minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.

Actually, I use this blend for making iced tea. For a 2 qt.batch, in my iced tea maker, I use 2 Tbsp. of this Chai blend, 2 bags of green tea, 1 bag of Good Earth Sweet & Spicy. I make a simple syrup to which I add several pieces of dried ginger and star anise...letting it simmer until fragrant. I sweeten the tea with the fragrant syrup and life gets a whole lot better.Excellent choice!
