Other ingredients: Methylcellulose, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), calcium carbonate, aqueous film-coating (purified water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, acacia, maltodextrin.
Contains shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster).
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet two times per day with food and water. Timed-release gradually over 6 to 8 hours.
