I'm not a snake. Different swallowing-friendly shape and size please!
Only pill I've ever not been able to swallow. Terrible shape and size!!!!!I don’t like the pill size dry coated tablets,
I don’t like the pill size tablets. I like Them the way I always used to get them, in capsules. Same with the others that were changed from capsules to uncoated dry like covered.I would recommend this product to someone who is in need of it
So far I have notice my hair is not falling out as much as it had been. My nails are still somewhat brittle. But did notice some smoothing of the nails. I definitely will keep taking Biotin
