4 stars only because it took a while to kick in. It seems to be working. I found it took a few weeks to really notice a difference, but with several other dietary additions it has had an significant effect. I have to do my taxes today, so that will be the real test! 😉This is a good product for memory recall.

I've been taking this supplement for over 10 years. It has been very helpful in keeping my mental facilities in good working order. I notice that I have trouble finding the right words sometimes when I skip taking Phosphatidylserine for a period of time. To lazy to fill my pill dispenser. Great stuff.
