I tried this product b/c Swanson had a first time trial offer. I noticed no particular results one way or another. I guess each has to evaluate for oneself.Drink coffee
It's only caffeine.Doesn't work
Did nothing. Took two... waited an hour then took a 2 hour nap. Glad I only paid for sample bottle. Swanson used to have a time released energy capsule that was GREAT but they don't have it any more. That is why I tried these. So disappointed.
