The pineal gland is governed by the circadian rhythm, producing serotonin during daylight hours then shifting to melatonin throughout the evening and night. Thus, combining 5-HTP with pure melatonin provides a two-tier approach to healthy sleep, supporting neurotransmitter production while providing a little extra for enhanced results.

Works as well as other brands
I like the combination of 5HTP and melatonin. I've used NOW brand in the past and this works just as well.help rest
I take one at night and fall sleep like half hour after. when doing chat in viber or try watch video after it take effect, I'm sleepy by eyes start closing
