Good but not for me. The potency is too high. But, I have always had a hard time with this vitamin so if you can take it, by all means do. It is the best of the best.A great help and a bargain and I now take it regularly.
Cardiologist said I need extra D3. I trust Swanson's...Another high quality Swanson product
