This stuff is great, improve mood, calming and neutralizes emotions, sleep better and I'm dreaming again! I bought the 500mg but realized quickly it was too much, so started opening the cap and just using half at a time (250mg), worked great. Now I have ordered the powder as it is simple to mix in a glass of water, since it doesn't have any flavor and dissolve quickly. Will for sure keep using this! Great product!
