It has become widely known how good pomegranate is for you, but who wants to spend time trying to eat the fruit with all the seeds, etc. Swansons Premium Pomegranate is much easier, and I trust their quality.Precapsulated; sure helps
this is one of the herbs I will not be without. I usually buy in bulk, go through grinding down and put into capsules myself. So convienient to just be able to reach for the bottle and take out whats needed.
