my middle daughter bakes a lot. during farm market season she regular bakes and sells out of cinnamon bread. we've priced good cinnamon at a lot of places. this stuff is the best. and it's a great value!also, when we run out of syrup for waffles, etc., mixing equal parts cinnamon with powdered sugar in a fine mesh shaker can works great. also great topping when middle daughter makes fresh beignets.by the way, we found that finely grinding turbinado sugar in coffee bean grinder works great for powdered sugar with a hint of coffee - add the cinnamon to that and wow!
