INGREDIENTS: 100% mechanically (expeller) pressed unrefined organic coconut oil.
TO USE: Place tub in pan of warm water to liquefy. Add fragrant oils if desired. Massage directly into skin. For hair care, apply to wet hair, let stand for one hour, then wash thoroughly with very warm water and a non-moisturizing shampoo. May require repeated washings.

It tastes almost rank. I ordered it to do the procedure called, 'oil pulling.' It was helping me, but I could not stand the taste of this in my mouth. I was not able to continue the procedure. It doesn't smell good nor taste good.
