Vegan Omega-3s Non_Fish EPA-DHA from Source Naturals is an algae-based, all-vegan formula that is a sustainable alternative to overfishing the oceans. It is also a superior source of EPA and DHA compared to flax seed oil or other vegetarian sources of omega-3s. EPA/DHA supports the healthy functioning of the brain and cardiovascular systems. DHA is an integral part of the neural membrane phospholipids in the brain. Each serving delivers 600 mg of omega-3 fatty acids.
