Advanced B-12 Complex from Source Naturals combines methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin – the two active, coenzymated forms of vitamin B-12 – with folic acid. Vitamin B-12 is required by the body to encourage normal growth, cell reproduction, myelin nucleoprotein synthesis, and the formation of red blood cells. Each serving delivers 5 mg of vitamin B-12 and 400 mcg of folic acid.
